These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HAKVEN website, including hakven.com, and any purchase of products from HAKVEN.
By accessing our website, placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

By submitting your email address for a product availability notification:

7. PRE-ORDERS
HAKVEN does not currently offer pre-orders unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page.
If we offer pre-orders in the future, additional information may be provided at the time of purchase, including expected availability, estimated delivery dates, payment terms, cancellation rights, and any other conditions applicable to the pre-order.
Any pre-order terms displayed at the time of purchase will form part of the agreement applicable to that pre-order.
A pre-order is different from a "Notify Me" request. A Notify Me request does not constitute a purchase or reservation, whereas a pre-order may constitute a purchase for a product expected to become available in the future.
8. PRICES, TAXES AND CHARGES
Prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable currency for your market.

13. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
HAKVEN offers a 30-day return period for eligible purchases, subject to the conditions set out in our separate Return & Refund Policy.
Where you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, this 30-day period includes and exceeds your statutory right of withdrawal.
Our 30-day return policy may provide you with additional rights beyond those required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms or our Return & Refund Policy limits, excludes, or replaces any mandatory statutory consumer rights.
Returns relating to a customer's change of mind are separate from claims relating to defective products or lack of conformity.
14. STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - EU/EEA CONSUMERS
If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you, receives the goods.
HAKVEN voluntarily extends the applicable return period to 30 days, subject to the conditions set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
To exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you must communicate your decision to withdraw before the applicable 14-day statutory period expires.
Where you return an eligible product within HAKVEN's 30-day return period, the applicable return and refund procedures will be governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
The additional days provided under HAKVEN's 30-day return policy are a voluntary commercial benefit and do not reduce or replace any statutory consumer rights.
Where applicable, the statutory withdrawal right may be subject to exceptions established by law.
15. LEGAL GUARANTEE AND PRODUCT CONFORMITY
Products sold to consumers in jurisdictions with mandatory statutory conformity or guarantee rights are covered by those rights.
If a product does not conform to the contract, is defective, or does not correspond to the description or characteristics required by applicable law, the consumer may be entitled to the remedies provided by law, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
For consumers in Spain, the statutory period during which the seller is responsible for lack of conformity of new goods is generally three years from delivery, subject to applicable law.
HAKVEN will not charge consumers for remedies that are required to be provided free of charge under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms or any HAKVEN policy limits or excludes any mandatory statutory guarantee, conformity right, or consumer remedy.
16. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
From time to time, HAKVEN may offer promotional codes, discounts, special offers, or other promotional campaigns.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Where required by applicable law, gift cards will be subject to the consumer protections, refund rights, and expiry rules applicable in the relevant jurisdiction.
18. ATHLETE, CREATOR, REFERRAL AND REWARDS PROGRAMS
HAKVEN may offer athlete, ambassador, creator, referral, rewards, loyalty, affiliate, or similar programs.
Participation in these programs may be subject to additional terms, eligibility requirements, rules, rewards conditions, commission structures, and program-specific policies.
HAKVEN may determine eligibility for participation and may suspend, restrict, or terminate participation where permitted by law, including where we reasonably suspect:

- Misuse of discount codes.
- Manipulation of tracking systems.

Any permission granted may be subject to the terms communicated when permission is requested.

However, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights or liability for matters for which exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms affects rights or remedies arising from defective products, lack of conformity, statutory guarantees, or other mandatory consumer protections.

Where required by applicable law, the version in the language applicable to the relevant consumer or jurisdiction will prevail.
If there is an inconsistency between language versions that cannot be resolved under applicable law, the interpretation that provides the consumer with the mandatory rights applicable to their jurisdiction will apply.
